As contract manufacturers, we also pride ourselves on helping entrepreneurs get their design goals off the ground. If you have a design idea, but don’t have the resources to purchase and crew a metal fabrication division, contact us today and ask about our contract manufacturing services in Redmond.

Sheet Metal Fabrication Services

From simple cutouts to complex patterns with over a dozen bends, we can handle any sheet metal fabrication project. Our fabrication process is highly customizable, which enables us to tailor our systems to meet the unique needs of your product — saving you time and money. Some of the services we offer here at Naimor include:

Laser Cutting

Naimor Inc.’s laser cutting services enable us to cut highly intricate parts out of a variety of materials, including sheet metal, aluminum, and copper. Our rugged Cincinnati Lasers stand out from more traditional forms of tooling because laser cutting is faster to set up, cuts quicker, and doesn’t need finishing or tooling. Furthermore, our laser cutting process makes heavy use of automation, saving you additional costs by reducing manual labor.

CNC Machining

There are many advantages to using CNC machining for your project. The process runs on automation, so we can keep production running 24/7. And since CNC machines operate off of computer designs, making adjustments to your product and scaling can be done quickly and easily. Another advantage is consistency — our CNC machine uses the same schematics for each part, so every piece it produces will be exactly the same. If you can design it, our CNC machines can fabricate it.

Precision Forming

A crucial part of the sheet metal fabrication process is ensuring that bends are done correctly. If you are mass producing a product, there needs to be zero variation between each piece. At Naimor Inc., we use incredibly precise CNC press brakes to create perfect bends each and every time.

Router Cutting

We use a new class of ultra precise CNC routers. These robust machines ensure maximum precision and are able to cut through a wide variety of materials, including brass, aluminum, copper, acrylic, plastic, and wood.

Turret Punching

With our state-of-the-art turret punch machine we are able to cut two-dimensional shapes quickly and without error. The punch is equipped with a variety of punch and die tools, which gives us the flexibility to automate production for sheet metal boxes, metal brackets, grills, and front panels, to name a few.

Welding Services

We provide a lot of different welding services to our clients in Redmond, including repairs, modifications, sectional replacements, and fabrication strengthening. Our welders are renowned in the Northwest for having one of the lowest repair rates in the country.

Hardware Insertion

Hardware insertion gives you the ability to customize nearly any piece of hardware so that it is able to attach to and work with a different piece — for example, when combining pieces created in different fabrication machines into one final product.

Fabrication Assembly

After all the pieces of your product have been cut and formed, it’s time to assemble all these into their completed, final form. The method of assembly depends on the project, but options include welding, hardware insertion, and countersinking.

We Can Manufacture Almost Anything

By using precise laser cutting technology we provide high quality parts that will increase your product’s value and performance, regardless of the number of the parts produced. Laser cutting eliminates the need for additional steps in the manufacturing process, reducing turnaround time and costs simultaneously. In addition, the process of laser cutting only heats up a small area, lowering the chances of warped or deformed materials.
